Becoming a balanced ballerina is more than just standing on your tiptoes, it’s about finding the balance between life and dance while giving your body all the necessary fuel it needs to thrive. I value health and wellness above all, so that you can continue dancing for as long as you want without limitation. My teaching style is tailored to each student and their personal needs. I understand that no two bodies are built the same and we should not expect them to perform as if they are. My mission for A Balanced Ballerina is to provide students with a healthy mindset around food all while giving them personalized corrections and stretches to better their ballet technique with. Dance is for every body, and fueling those bodies is the key to keep us dancing for as long as possible.
